Earth Scum, the debut album from electronic production duo FYI Chris, is a real trip. Like the best DJ sets, this one takes you on a journey, veering into a lot of different moods and styles, from acid house to balearic downtempo, all while maintaining a cohesive flow rooted in the dance floor. The whole thing is just overflowing with ideas and personality. Highly recommended.
